Ducting & Ventilation

In heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), ductwork is used for the forced transportation of air. This airflow includes the supplied ai that is in need of heating or cooling, the return and dispersion of this conditioned air throughout, and the exhausting of air as necessary out of the building or project.

Asbestos Surveys

Asbestos-containing materials (ACM) are either known to contain asbestos, or presumed to contain asbestos. The purpose of surveying is to make a ‘materials assessment’. We offer two types of asbestos surveys; a management survey and a demolition/refurbishment survey.

Asbestos Removals

All removal and disposal work is carried out in accordance with HSE regulations. We manage all aspects of the process using only our own team of exceptionally qualified and highly trained personnel. Removal is not the only means of asbestos abatement. Asbestos and asbestos-bearing materials may be “enclosed” or “encapsulated” to prevent building occupants from being exposed to the fibers.

Electrical Trace Heating

Trace heating may be used to protect pipes from freezing, to maintain a constant flow temperature in hot water systems, or to maintain process temperatures for piping that must transport substances that solidify at ambient temperatures.
